What is the pricing model for vCMS?

vOEE is charged on a SaaS Subscription model. Customers can opt for monthly or annual subscription. Onc ethe subscription period ends, it has to be renewed for further usage.

Is the pricing based on number of users?

The pricing is not based on number of users. Any number of users per plant can use the software. The pricing is based on the number of measuring units/machines at which OEE is calculated.

Where is the software hosted?

The software is hosted on Vegam’s secured cloud servers. It can be accessed through web browsers.

Is Single Sign On enabled?

Yes, vOEE Software has Single Sign On (SSO) enabled. It can integrate with customers’ Active Directory (AD).

Will the data be safe? How often is the data backed up?

The data is stored securely with enterprise grade security and all the communication in application is performed using SSL & https connections. Data is backed up regularly on daily basis.

Each machine, line or plant has different automation maturity. In that case, how would the data be captured from different systems?

vOEE supports multiple interfaces to capture production data:
1) Vegam IoT Solution: Vegam’s Sensors and IoT Gateways
2) Third Party Integration: Integrating with existing software, MES, PLC/DCS

vOEE captures data using different mechanisms and provides uniform reporting across the enterprise.

Does Vegam support onboarding support?

Yes. Remote onboarding support is part of the One time implementation and training service during the software implementation. Post that, one month of Hypercare period is there to ensure users adopt to the solution. Onsite support would entail additional costs on a per hour basis. Basic support is included as part of SaaS Subscription.
