Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in Mobile Application and Web Application testing
- Deep understanding of System testing (functional and non-functional) & regression testing (test prioritization)
- Ability to derive use cases and design Test Cases based on software requirements
- Experience with understanding customer deployments and deriving customer-focused testing (usability, deployment use-cases, data mining of customer-reported defects, etc.)
- Ability to participate and contribute in Design reviews, with focus on system architecture
- Proficient at test execution and reporting
- Passion for quality and finding defects, to ensure close to zero customer defects
- Handle end to end Defect tracking
- Handling customer support/escalations
- Automation experience in any tool/scripting (Selenium/python)
- Good team player
- Ability to impart product usage trainings to customers
- Ability to handle work pressure situations gracefully and professionally
- Willingness to stretch working hours as and when needed
- Finding opportunities to resolve, to improve effectiveness and efficiency at work
- Good at written and verbal communication
- Demonstrating high levels of self-driven accountability and professionalism
- Knowledge-based creativity in quick debugging and resolution of technical issues
- Good communication skills
